Refund policy

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it if it is unused. No return on items that can be worn on the body. To avoid a cancellation fee of $25, we require a 24 hour cancellation notice for single service appointments and a 48 hour notice for multiple service appointments or packages. Deposits paid are non-refundable. Any package paid in full is non-refundable. All Sales are Non-Refundable. Once the package has started, if you decide to cancel you are forfeiting any balance remaining. All registration fees paid for classes and memberships are NON-REFUNDABLE.
